Materials and boxes minimized exit access to 19 inches in the employee hallway. This condition exposed employees to the hazard of fires, smoke inhalation, and other emergencies. b) On October 23, 2023, and at times prior, the employer did not ensure that exit routes were accessible and free of obstructions. Materials and boxes minimized exit access to 17 inches in the back office with the IT electrical closet. This condition exposed employees to the hazard of fires, smoke inhalation, and other emergencies. |
