(a)Eagle Eye Construction, LLC @ 2243 W. 32nd Ave., Denver, CO 80211: On and before November 28th, 2012, the exposing employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in framing activities while working at the unprotected edges of the third story on a multi-family home under construction. Employees were not utilizing a fall protective system. Employees were exposed to fall hazard of approximately 20'. |

The condition exposed framing employees to uncontrolled fall hazard of approximately 10 feet. |
