MG Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1310996, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on May 30, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 8164 Glory Drive, Colorado Springs, CO.

Condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 9 feet while transitioning on and off the snow covered carport roof. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is not required for this item.
