29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level shall was not protected from falling to that lower level. (a) Big Horn Masonry, 5900 Gateway Court, Dacono, CO 80516; On and before 4/25/2013, the exposing employer failed to provide side rails to prevent workers from falling off scaffolding. Side top and mid rails were removed to allow access to the scaffolding via a ladder and allow employees to discard used masonry materials. Condition exposed two employees to fall hazards of approximately 18 feet. |

(a) Big Horn Masonry, 5900 Gateway Court, Dacono, CO 80514; On and before 4/25/2013, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees working on lower levels or below the working surface of a scaffold were protected from falling debris through barricades or some other impediment to enter the hazardous area. Condition exposed employees working below to struck by hazards from falling object or debris. |
