This practice led to employees being unprotected from fall hazards on April 30, 2022 when framing a single-family residential building without fall protection at heights greater than 16 feet at 6522 Kenzie Circle, Castle Pines, CO 80108. Abatement Note: Pursuant to 29 CFR 1903.19, the employer must submit documents that demonstrate the steps it is taking to protect employees and ensure compliance, including an explanation of how these steps protect its employees from fall hazards during framing activities and work at heights.
