The program did not enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and did not train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Wisco Contractors, Inc, 3044 Sykes Drive, Fort Collins, CO 80524: On and before August 23, 2018 the employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program did not enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and did not train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. An employee fell 9-10 feet through two joists when he was laying down plywood. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of approximately 10 feet.
