29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards: (a) 2288 Golden Way, Windsor, CO 80528: On April 30, 2024, and at times prior, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 12 to 21 feet to the ground below while conducting framing activities on a new residential construction site. The employer failed to provide training on items such as, but not limited to; nature of fall hazards in the work area; correct procedures for inspecting the fall protection systems to be used; use and operation of guardrail systems, personal fall arrest systems, safety net systems, warning line systems, safety monitoring systems, controlled access zones, and other protection to be used; limitations on the use of mechanical equipment during the performance of roofing work. |
