Complaint What Happened XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX owned by XXXX XXXX owes me money for damages. Their bathrooms were poorly maintained and falling apart. I made their maintenance aware of this on numerous occasions and they did not fix them. I ended up falling because the shower curtain holder broke when I was getting out of the shower and hit me on the head. XXXX XXXX XXXX owes me {$18000.00} in medical expenses alone from this. Additionally, a maintenance personnel told me that he and the manager wanted me gone because of my race. After this, I received three eviction notices in a very short amount of time. Two of them were completely fabricated. On one of them the maintenance personnel blamed me for falsifying the condition of my sink. This is exactly what the maintenance personnel told me. The other one came when my XXXX account got hacked. I was harassed and abused by the maintenance and the apartment management. At this point, the management gave me 7 days to leave. However, I gave them proof that my account was hacked. They took this claim away and then my door was being knocked at odd hours of the night by maintenance personnel. I did not feel safe and I had no choice but to leave. I was driven out of my home. After driving me out, the apartment created an invalid debt. I was constructively evicted when the door was knocked on and I was harassed. The apartment company did not even try to collect the debt from me and sold it to collections.

Complaint What Happened Professional debt management vompany is trying to collect debt which i dont owe, as during covid i was not even able to pay my rent so inhad to move out of my appartment buipding and i had to pay last month rent. And i agreed to it and they agreed too, an dsuddenly now they want to collect 3 months rent, its against the situation, i dont even have a jon, how i can pay that much, this is killing me. They have threatened me that i will not be able to rent or buy a house whole my life, they will ruin my credit
