The program was not updated as necessary to reflect those changes in workplace conditions that affect respirator use. The employer may discontinue an employee's medical evaluations when the employee is no longer required to use a respirator: a) On or about March 1, 2012 and times prior, employees were exposed to potential illnesses in that, the employees were required to wear tight-fitting respirators prior to obtaining a medical evaluation.
