I received a letter from Sunrise Credit Services , Inc in XXXX, NY notifying us that we have a balance due of {$32.00} for XXXX XXXX. After thinking about it, I realized that yes I did receive the magazine but it was always paid for in advance and that I should n't owe any money. I called Sunrise Credit this morning to inquire about this and to determine when it was due. I was told there was nothing due but they worked for XXXX XXXX in order to renew my subscription. I asked them if I owed any money and all she said is do you want to renew. I said 'no ' and she told me to have a nice day and quickly hung up. This is an extremely unfair way to convince people to renew magazine subscriptions and upset me thinking I had a debt that went to a collection agency.

I think this is a bogus debt collection agency, they are fraudulent. I think a crook bought up my debt with stolen government many years ago. I went to XXXX in XX/XX/XXXX. Some crook from this school bought that and all my debts. He or she gets into all my accounts. He is now using a phony " Sunrise Credit Services '', collection agency. He seems to either be part owner or in some type of conflict.
He is now trying to collect in fraud {$87.00}, that I DO N'T owe XXXX cosmetics company. He 's gotten into all my accounts, and seems to be the person stalking me. He XXXX be breaking in, and hacking my computer. I am a XXXX XXXX, I sent about {$87.00} dollars worth of cosmetics back to XXXX, a feww months ago. He or she must also work at the XXXX XXXX where I mailed the box back. These boxes are picked up by XXXX weekly. He or she could work for XXXX, the XXXX XXXX ; XXXX XXXX, XXXX. CA. XXXX and several other accounts I have. He or she recently got into my Zazzle.com, account small online gift shop, taking from that.
I do n't think Sunrise Credit Services is credible. This person is associated with many credit collection agencies. He or she is getting money on both sides of the fence. XXXX itself is also charging me about the same amount.

Initially XXXX XXXX XXXX refused to let me shut off the phone account. I was at XXXX. I paid that and they kept coming up with additional fees. I had then said no more. XXXX turned into XXXX, then XXXX, and so on.
The debt was turned into " sunrise credit services '' where the debt was bought for pennies on the dollar after the debt was paid by XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX insurance.
She assured me " this is a very real debt '' and I am going to pay it.
Anyway, after about a couple minutes of harassment and angrily ended the call.
My point is XXXX XXXX XXXX kept adding to my phone bill without permission. I did not want their services. Multiple refusals of wanting their service. They kept adding charges. After the debt was written off by the company and sent to the insurance agency where the charges they made up were paid it was then handed over to a harassing debt collector. The debt was bought or scrounged, I presume.

Sunrise Credit Solutions has contacted me 23 times this week from a total of 8 different phone numbers, all of which I have proceeded to block. The have masked their caller ID, and lied when I called back to ask who it was.
This not just harrasment and dishonest collection practices - it is in direct violation of the Colorado Attorney Generals direction to pause all debt collection efforts.
I have told then to cease contact a total of 12 times over the past 8 months, stating that I will only talk directly to the original creditor, XXXX XXXX XXXX, who returned the on-time payment I made for this account, froze my online payment portal, reported late payment to the credit bureau, and has refused to contact me in writing.
I have said it so many times : I will re-issue this payment once XXXX XXXX XXXX 1 ) Acknowledges their mistake, 2 ) submits a correction to the credit bureau, and 3 ) reinstates my online payment portal so I am physically able to pay this debt.
I have never received any paper bills from XXXX XXXX XXXX, so I have not been given any other way to pay this.
If Sunrise Credit Solutions continues to harass me, I will file a police report and start involving attorneys.

A collection recently appeared on my credit report. It is a collection agency called Sunrise Credit Services. It is for an amount that was owed to XXXX XXXX XXXX by my father, who passed away last year. It appears it was for his cell phone. Somehow The account became associated with my social security number after he passed. I have been an XXXX XXXX XXXX customer in the past, but this was not my account. I have never seen a bill, letter, etc. I had no knowledge of this collection until it appeared on my credit report when I applied for a mortgage recently. It is a problem and I have requested repeatedly that Sunrise remove this, but they will not.
