29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system: (a)RBS Inc. at 217 8th Ave, Superior, CO: On and before October 20th, 2015, the employer did not ensure that each employee on a residential construction activity 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels was protected from falling. Employees engaged in framing operations were working without fall protection at heights over 6 feet without the use of a fall protection system. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of up to approximately 13 feet. |
