Complaint What Happened	Received a letter Back in XXXX. I responded and Asked for proof of debit Via fax ( i have proof of fax enclosed ). I also mailed out a copy that I faxed to them for proof of debit ( I have provided the printed tracking numbers as proof as well ) I got a letter today stating they are going to Sue us if we do not pay. This is the only response we have received and still have not been provided with any signatures and proof we owe this debt, or anything we have asked for in the letters we have sent.

Complaint What Happened	I received a Judgment from AAA Collectors , Inc . They sent me letters on XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, according to their office. I had just moved to my new residence in XXXX and told them I couldn't get mail because the mailbox has a lock and there was troubles with the post office assigning the incorrect mailbox. I never received any letters from them. Then fast forward to this XXXX in which I missed a court date in XXXX to defend myself because I did not receive the summons from AAA collectors. They have advised that an XXXX XXXX hand delivered this summons to me on XX/XX/XXXX which is untrue. I have never received a summons hand delivered to me, thus making me unaware I had a court date. I called AAA Collectors , IncXXXX and asked them to call their processor to verify his statements as he lied about hand delivering me a summons. They refused to do so. I am asking the judgment be removed and my credit be fixed. They are charging me {$160.00} in interest and {$170.00} in court fees.
